Everytime they see something like this come on here the automatically assume that it is someone else when truth be know they are probably that their self and the funny thing about is they probably get a check and work too!

if youre putting youre house up for rent on hud then all i can say is get ready for it to get tore all to hell. do you honestly think that with someone that gets everything handed to them that they will take care of it? and i will tell you right now what my name is. its chris wilkerson and its a small town and im not a hard person to find. and i dont have a problem telling this to youre face! you have me all wrong, im not like 99% of other chicken shits on here.

sorry Chris i didn't mean to blow my top at you. i thought i had my place sold but don't know if they are going take it or not. i thought when ever you put your place on hud they would make sure it will be took care of. but i guess you are right about them tearing it up because they don't have to pay for it. once again. i am sorry for the name calling

you will make so much money , from HUD ,...you simply wont care if they rip it up and trash it ,...
you can then buy more houses ,...
and get the section eight cash ---
soon -- you can quit working and become a real slum landlord ,...just like all the rich chicago politicians

I'm sorry but I dis agree cause see I know for a fact that Hud will make sure things are working properly and updated every year they do an inspection once a year and the tenant as well as the owner has to keep everything working and nice if they don't then they get in trouble also when u rent it to someone you could ask for refrences that would help. But u do as u want but I know Hud is a good choice and plus it would help a family who may need a home who can't afford to pay 500.00 or 600.00 a month plus utilities minimum wage works need help too not just the check drawers the ppl u come on here and put down a lot of them get it for a reason don't judge everyone by what some ppl do!!!!

ive learned a long time ago that any govt agency is a joke. 99.9% of the people on any type of govt asst. is abusing it. thats a fact. and its us workers that go out and support them!!!

i call them and after what they told me i would be better off trying to sell it, cause i thought if the renters has nock holes and stuff like that in it then hud would fix it back but thats not the case if they destory it then its up to the person that owns it to fix back, but her words was like this they got renters that would take care of it just like it was there own then there are others would tear it all to shit then move on

Had some rental property once, you would be much better off to sale than to rent on HUD. It is nothing but trouble and stuff really does get destroyed. You might find some good renters on your own by taking apps and screening them. That worked for me and I checked references.
