The Supreme Court has the responsibility of determining what is constitutional and what is not in cases where it requires interpretation by experts. We should respect SCOTUS for breaking the pattern of reaching a decision based solely on the Justicesí party affiliations, even if we disagree with its decisions.
A you may know, I am one of those liberals generally hated by the the Tea Party (as gauged by being called insulting names, being told in the rudest of terms to leave these forums, etc.). However, I strongly believe that we need to reform Congress by imposing term limits and that it should be permitted to pass no law that does not equally apply to it and other branches of government. I believe that every citizen, including elected government officials, should be covered by Social Security and Medicare In fact, I would upgrade Medicare to make it our national health care program with a single payer, private provider model.
And that is why you are a nobody that doesn't make laws but never stops roaring about your intelligent opinions. A wannabe politician but just can't cut the mustard? lol Yep!

Thank you for illustrating what I said about rude hostile behavior. It is true that I do not make laws and that generally my opinions are "intelligent." I have served as a community leader, but I have no interest in seeking public office. And you?

what Roberts does bring before the committee is a long list of ties to corporate America from his years of working as a lobbyist and an attorney in Washington on behalf of business and special interest groups. He also gives the Judiciary Committee a golden opportunity to shed light on a thorny but still largely ill-defined issue: how Supreme Court justices should contend with potential conflicts of interest, including whether they should recuse themselves from a case. Roberts is the beneficiary of the organizationís first-ever lobbying campaign for a Supreme Court nominee. Two members of its executive committee represent corporate interests that Roberts himself represented as an attorney: Toyota and the coal mining industry. Dell Computer, Microsoft, Texas Instruments, Intel, Agilent, Cisco, Novellus, Hewlett-Packard, Lucent and Nokia. In healthcare: Pfizer, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, Hillenbrand, and Becton, Dickinson. In big media: Time Warner, Disney and Blockbuster. In finance and real estate: Citigroup, State Street and Washington REIT.(Experts will presumably advise Roberts to avoid recusals related to his extensive stock holdings by placing his assets in a blind trust.)

Air is free and food should be free too. Everybody has to eat and breathe and everybody gets sick and needs a place to live and has to have clothes. So, these things should be free - food, medicine and doctors, housing and clothes. Make rich people pay for it.

And water, cannot live without it so it should be universally free. Make rich people pay for it.

Oh yeah, have to have heat in the winter cannot live without electricity these days so it should be free.

And as always, make those rich jerks pay for it, they have more money than they need anyway.

What happens when the rich run out of money for Obama to steal? Then you freeloaders will be kickin' and screamin' and cryin'. Then we will be fundamentally changed, as Obama promised, into a 3rd world country because our debt has enslaved us and Obama will be going to Pelosi'd house where they will party and eat Moosechelles steaks and have their cold beer brought to them by houseboys and they will laugh and laugh and laugh all the way to the banks that Obama and China now own. And they couldn't of done any of it without the help of you morons.

Thank goodness there are more intelligent Americans than there are Obamorons and America will not end up the way you people want it to end up. You won? Perhaps you won the battle (Supreme Court ruling...even though it sure looks like a Trojan Horse ruling lol) but your recent so-called victory will be the straw that broke the democrats back in losing the war in November.

We will be celebrating the recovery of America! Better start hoarding all that stuff you have bummed , won. You're gonna need it. LMMFAO!

I just watched the video where Obama is bragging that he is the slowest spending president in 60 years. I have to tell ya that's some funny stuff. Even funnier is the mental giants that agree with him on his slow and methodical spending skills. LMMFAO! Is there nothing he won't do or say to get elected again? For God's sake he is the leader of the United States of America. He was very good at pretending he was America's only hope so you think he could pretend his way through this campaign without totally embarrassing himself with ridiculous feats and successes and historical moments of which none are true.

Obama, first place worst president in the history of the United States of America, has lowered the bar. Carter, the second place worst president in the history of the United States of America, could be our next president and that would be two steps up from what we have had to endure for the last 4 years.

Obama had his chance and he blew it big time. He defeated himself. Time to move on and up without him. Vote Romney in November!

Your opinions are only intelligent to you. A community leader? lol Is that why our community is in such horrible shape? You have no interest in public office because people know of your crackerjack community leadership and you wouldn't get very far. You're not even very believable at tooting your own horn. You are funny though. Ever considered being a comedienne? I hear SNL needs a replacement for Jon Lovitz's liar character. That seems better suited for your intelligence and talents you keep telling us about over and over and over again. When will you Obamorons learn that even if you repeat a lie over and over and over again it never makes it the truth. LMMFAO!

Whatever the cut off line is the top 40% makes should be where people below that get everything free. The 40% above the line would have to pay more taxes to cover the other 60% that get everything free. When the 60% all vote democrat then there would never be another republican in the white house.

That should be the plan.
