I have dealt with ASAP and they were prompt and professional. If you still have a problem post, but myself and my neighbors were satisfied.

I used to work for ASAP and they fired me because I was a useless, lying drunk. Could not get jobs done in a timely manner and did crappy work. Would someone hire me.

Who are the owners of this company?

The owners name is William Wilson.

I am one of the owners. We have completed work for hundreds of customers in the area. There are numerous comments on here that are simply not true. With the exception that we did fire Mike for the reasons he listed. If you have any problems call our office. We have had several jealous contractors posting blogs and spreading lies. If these contractors would spend more time focused on their businesses they might be better off....If someone would like references let us know, otherwise please take posts from people who don't identify themselves as misleading.
Thanks for your support...

I have done business with William on many occasions and have always found him to be very professional and confident. Like he said, if there is a problem call his office.

It's tough enough to do well in small business America, the man doesn't need bad publicity on a internet rag like this. If you have a problem be man enough to call him.

I heard they pay their employees very low wages, therefore causing a high turnover rate that leads to problems with manpower. Definitely a non union shop. You get what you pay for.

Sure, as long as there are inexperienced dopehead's out there that will work for ten bucks an hour, you will be happy.

If you want a quality roof installed (with a guarantee) might I ad. Hire Kirberg roofing. They get the job done, and there is no long wait.

This company was given a $5000.00 check from my insurance company in January with the promise of installing the new roof when the weather permits. Some of these posts are making me nervous!!!

I have had nothing but a great experience with this company. I am not sure why everyone has had these problems....

They did my roof a year ago; took awhile, even my insurance company stated, the would rather wait for warmer weather. They and the material supplier that ASAP uses indicated that for good SEAL DOWN to occur, winter is not the BEST time to shingle. As for the material supplier, they spoke highly of this company, stating never had any issues (they pay their bill).

I had a great experience, and so did my neighbors; The anonymous nature of this blog, who knows what ax they have to grind or if it's a disgruntled ex-employee. Do like I did... ask you neighbors, or call the supplier they use; I think you will find them to be honest, and quality.

I am one of the employees of this company. I wish you people would complain about your insurance companies like you do about us. They are the cause of your problems. We work to resolve issues with your insurance companies and get your repairs properly handled and get all of the blame when its the insurance that drags their feet and causes delays..........

If you are in the middle of a catastrophic event and there is no wait from a contractor that contractor isn't very good.....
