legal bull. they keep trying to say the colemans inherited thier connection to the grand children..bull crap. they were grandparents the whole time he was alive and he is still alive...so you can't inherite from a living person.

That family has the right to say where their daughter and grandchildren should be buried so they can get closure.
That's a pain that never heals no matter how long you live.

and what about the rights of the other granparents? do you think they should be punished for the way thier son acted?

it's not about being punished. the grandparents should feel horrible for what their son did to THEIR daughter and give them their peace. it would be the respectful thing to do and that is the LEAST they could do.

the only reason that they don't want to move the bodies is because they are in denial about the situation. This is their way of holding on to their dillusion. why do you think they are waiting on the appeal?

sheris parents should get the choice of where she is buried but both sets of grandparents have an equal claim on the children. a good judge would rule that the children should be buried in between the grandparents homes, then they equally have to travel to them. also, what does the childrens religious beliefs say about moving them? respecting the beliefs of the deceased should be the most important thing and some religions disagree with disturbing bodies.

Agree. The Coleman family is in denial (did you see them on 48 hours?) Made me sick especially thinking about what THEIR son did to his children! I hope the family is successful with their fight to have the remains moved. It's almost like they are hanging on to the bodies as some sort of punishment to the other family. What is the matter with these good Christians?!?!
all righty then

Christians? Surely you mean scam artists right?. Grace bible cult is a scam along with joyce meyer, joel olsteen, and the like. I mean come on people these ministries have been scams well before jimmy and Tammy fae Baker. How many preachers sons drove big jacked up trucks, Porsches and corvettes that they "paid for themselves" when their only jobs were mowing the cults lawn. So so sad what happen to sherry and her beautiful also children. To her family and friends my and many others' condolences go out to them while we pray to GOD for the judge to have the wisdom to see through their B.S. As for chris BURN MOTHER F'R BURN..

Read One Last Kiss the coleman's never liked Sherry They thought she wasn't good enough for their wonderful son. If they had any decancy or were true christan people not just wanting to make a fast buck on religious weaknesses of people they would let Sherry's family have closure and stop rubbing it in their face. Sherry's family had to get a court order to have the bodies brought to Chicago for a wake. The coleman family said they couldn't do that and wouldn't let them have any input on the funeral arrangments. They were told this is what's going to happen if you want to come. That's compassion HUH !!

The Coleman's turned against Sheri's family as soon as they were murdered. If that had been my daughter-in-law and grandkids killed I would have offered some sympathy to Sheri's family. The only thing Sheri's family got was grief. And now the Coleman's are still giving this family more grief over their daughter and grandkids. These people are not Christians. The Colemans are not paying for these lawyers, the church members are. I do not understand why anyone would want to go to that church.

Don't read it if you are bored. This lady and her children had friends and family who loved them.
I think they should be buried near Sheri's family because they loved her and the boys.

The husband is a killer. His parents are supporting a killer, possibly by useing church funds. His in-laws are trying to make a quick buck off a religious organisation that killed no one.
Wonderful people all around. May God have mercy on thier souls.

It is a sad comment on today's society when putting the man who killed your child and grandchildren away for life is not enough and you don't feel satisfied until you get paid money from someone.
Everyone today just wants money. Maybe they should ask for damages to be put into a shelter for battered women or something else noble.

There's no doubt you'd be the first to run to the courthouse to sue if this happened to one of your family members

The threatning letters were sent from the church computer. Coleman and his mistress took trips together with the church. If someone would have alerted the police of the letters, maybe Sheri and the kids would still be alive. The church knew of the affair and should have done something about it and looked into the threats more. The church did not do one thing to acknowledge Sheri and the kids death. No flowers or no sympathy to Sheri's family.

So if someone fails to send flowers you should sue them?
The police were able to figure out where the letters came from AFTER the murders. And the police knew about the letters BEFORE the murders. So what did the church fail to do? If only the church had some kind of professional security expert on the payroll...someone to give the police the letters and tell them about the threats...
The fact is that the expert gave the police the letters and told them about the threats, at that point the church was not involved because it was a police matter. If anyone failed to followup on the threats and prevent the murders it was the police and not the church. So why isn't the family sueing the police? Because the church has money and the police don't.

Agree there will be a Supreme judgement for these people; however, I would like to see justice in this life, also.
