I agree that restitution is the responsibility of rodenberg, although i do hope the involved insurance companies go after him for fraud. Having no insurance, i paid him a large sum of money for fake crowns; then I had to pay yet another dentist to have the work done correctly. I doubt i ever receive a refund. Sad.

Question: You say he has endangered people's health - do you have proof of this or are you just speculating? Just trying to get a better understanding of this terrible situation.

Dr. Rodenberg was our dentist for better than 25 years. We recommended him to family and friends. We live almost fifty miles away and for 3 years he would say...you will have to come back for another impression in a week or two.. one appt cancelation after another, one wasted trip after another, one excuse after another. Tried calling him out about it several times, just another excuse from good ole Dave. My husband may have made him a little nervous when he demanded his money back, and promised him that he had already called our insurance co. and reported him...it took about three weeks and our insurance co. did get the money back from him and was able to go to another Dentist and get the work completed..get this in two visits. Should have realized alot sooner what was going on an saved ourselves about 300 dollars in gas money. We still have friends and family that was not so lucky....they are out lots of money!
