The girl in this case is over 18. why are the womens names always kept out of this type articals and in this case the girls mother should be blamed as much as the guy If in fact any of the story of force is true.

the girl was 8 years old when it started, that is why the name is left out. Get the facts. If you don't know that it was happening how can they stop it. He could have threatened her and not to say anything or else worse could happen. Do you know how he is. Do you know him at all!!!!!! NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING. Unless you are on his side making excuses. She didn't do anything wrong, he didn't. He went to court with charges against him not her. He also said he was guilty!!! Duh

Let me fix this comment that I made.She didn't do anything wrong, HE DID. A plea of nolo contendere has the same legal effect as a guilty. He didn't come out and say he was guilty, A PLEA OF NOLO IS LEGAL AFFECT AS PLEADING GUILTY!! "A defendant entering a nolo contendere plea, while not admitting to the specific facts of the offense(s) as alleged by the Commonwealth, concedes that he will probably not be able to overcome the evidence of his guilt that would be offered by the Commonwealth at criminal trial." If he didn't do it he would have pleaded NOT guilty. To many counts against him. Copied and pasted from article " Jennings entered a plea of nolo contendere to the counts - to five counts of Indecent Assault graded as misdemeanors of the first degree. If you were innocent what would you have plead?
