Regardless of how anyone feels about the president, government, or whatever else, the point is that our friends and family members signed up out of a sense of duty to this country. They are willing to fight for what they believe in. Belittling what they believe in is not supporting them. If it was your loved one, please put yourselves in our shoes. Pray for the troops, support them. They need to know we believe in them in order to keep up their spirits!

To all of those who don't care about what our troops are doing. Go ahead and say what you want. "My husband gives you that right" you can thank him for it later!

I am so proud to be an Army wife. When my husband gets back he is switching to Active Duty. To the people who feel it necessary to jump on their soap box- find another avenue. We don't want to hear it anymore. If anyone is going to protect my family and I, I want it to be the man that I love. Just because we signed up for this dosn't mean I don't get to miss him every second that he's gone.

The dissidents are by far the most supportive group of the troops. We don't want them to lose their lives for some crazy President.

OK, Soldiers did not write the Constitution, but it is their task to defend it. Thank you for caring for my former brothers in the Guard. I tip my hat to you for that, but:

What would the Constitution or for that matter, The Bill of Rights be without a Soldier? It's not the ACLU giving you or myself the ability to 'blog'; it's a Soldier. Every Service Member takes an oath of enlistment, and in that oath, this verse stands out: "....to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States and to obey the orders of the Commander in Chief....."
The enlistment oath has not changed, nor should it change. After my third tour to the grand sandbox, I decided to call it quits, but I kept my chin up because I signed the dotted line. Two of those tours came under Clinton, but that didn't matter because he was my Commander in Chief.

The great thing about this country is there are no boundaries when leaving.....if you don't like what we do here, don't let the door hit you where the good lord split you. GET OUT....Move to Canada, Mexico, Iraq, anywhere but here.
By the way, the Colts suck almost as bad as your opinion. The San Diego game was handed to them and evidently they didn't want it.
