Knowledge, experience and leadership. Mr Case
is not or will be a career politician. He is in this race not for his own self interests but for the good of the people of the second Berkshire district.
Only choice

The only candidate running for the seat, the other 2 are just bored famewhores.
Vote for Paul Mark

Springfield, MA

#23 Oct 29, 2010
He is running a campaign on issues and positivity, the other 2 are running campaigns of negativity and drama while very much trying to avoid the issues. It is very unbecoming of Racz and Case to run such disrespectful campaigns. If their lack of policy didn't already inspire me to vote for the other candidate their angry and rude supporters certainly would have! Vote Mark, a nice man, a hardworking campaigner, and a great candidate!

Mark has no experience on any level. if he wants to run start out in the selectmans race atleast then people can get a feel for what type of leader he truly is. His arrogance is my biggest issue with es him. His running mates arent much older than he and he acts as if they are crippled ,senile, and incapable of working the title to its full potential.
With age comes experience Mr.Mark you wouldnt hire someone for a position with no experience of what the daily job duties entail over someone older and with more experience for the same pay as the experienced person so why would votors want to hire you.Because you have energy? So does that mean because you lack the experience but have energy you can mess up our county quicker than your running mates? Slow and steady wins the race and your ignorance is far from blissful.

He won't be a career politician because his teaparty politics will never get him elected in the Berkhsires.

They are nearly twice his age. What are you talking about?

The state rep position is a job that you need to win several terms until you have the seniority to get placed on committees, like agriculture and telecomm which greatly affect the 2nd Berkshire district. What chance do a Republican or an Independent in his 60's have at earning the seniority to get the help needed for his constituents?
Dumb argument

Only a selectman is qualified to be a State Legislator? Tell that to Ben Downing, Jane Swift, Andrea Nuciforo, Stan Rosenberg, Shaun Kelly, Smitty Pignatelli, and 94% of the other legislators in Boston.

This job takes energy, not empty slogans and negativity. Jane Swift (R) was 25 when we elected her to the Senate, Ben Downing (D) was 25 when we elected him to the Senate, Shaun Kelly (R) was 26 when we elected him to the house, Denis Guyer (D) was 33 when we elected him to the house. We elect people with energy and new ideas, not boring old windbags or angry retirees, and the people we elect consistently do a great job regardless of political party. This is a position where someone can really help us out on a daily basis, where someone can represent us well, where we all have a chance for the future and for greatness. We aren't going to waste it on angry men who want cuts and more of the same business as usual.

Awww, the other two candidates don't like the young guy pointing out that he has the most energy to provide the best representation. Tough! His policies alone make him the best choice, but why shouldn't he point out what differentiates him and gives him an advantage? Maybe he should cry because the other guy says he has experience? How dare you whine about Paul's strengths instead of talking up your own. I'm guessing the reason for that is since you don't have any strengths or ideas of your own, it's just easier to tear into the exciting smart guy and hope you can grab enough scraps off the table for a win. Pathetic! If you can't take the abuse on the campaign trail, how could you possibly take the abuse you are going to get at the State House? Are you going to whine when the Speaker back benches you? I can see it now, I couldn't accomplish anything in my two year term because the leadership was against me. Boo Hoo! You would expect more maturiy out of two older gentlemen with all this supposed experience.

There are three choices in this race, a dynamic, exciting candidate with a chance to really put our district on the map, an angry, red faced republican who loves to spew party rhetoric and refuses to take a firm position on anything including the devastating sales tax cut, or a boring windbag who doesn't have a chance in hell of breaking 15% of the vote and just likes to hear himself talk and feel important. I know who I'll be voting for.
