Nothing is "free" with an attorney.

I have been divorced since 2009. My son is in college and all of the sudden my ex wants to pull him out and make him live with him because supposedly he did not pay a phone bill. He is doing really well in school and will be 18 in 3 months. He also has a part time job that his dad wants to force him to quit. I have primary custody and we have joint decision making. How do I stop him from doing this?
