to michelle lyons,i believe they should face charges since it is against the law.of course they are inocent until proven guilty. the same should happen to the correctional officers at the robertson unit in abilene texas. my son is there. i believe what they call segregation unit. his name is don michael malinka. he has been beaten and asodimized by these guards. my son told me they tryed to shove something up in him and kept hitting his tailbone.they are constantly harrassing him.the harrastment has been going on for the last three years. i'm now concerned for his life at this point. he tells me the guards refused to let him file a life endangerment.the guards who are involved -mitchelle morrison-bryan seals-there are more. i know sgt.metcalf witnessed and gave a statement. as his mother , i'm afraid i will recieve a call telling me is dead.i am so worried. i have called an obudsman, his name is reed minter, he has been very understanding and coopertive.by the way, if tobacco is illeagal in the prison why is the major walking around down in segregation with chew in his mouth.i realize these guards are not all this way but the one that are need to be weeded out. nobody deserves for that to happen to them behind bars and can't protect themselves. thank you for listening.

the accused bosses; that i know personally, are not the aggressors in offender malinka's confrontations with the 5 man team. when a offender does not conform or do as he is told, the minimum amount of force is applied to obtain compliance. if don malinka would do what he is told as does the other 83 inmates on his wing does, then a use of force does not occur. all uses of force are video taped and reviewed by higher authority.
what he is in prison for is going to shock you. he molests little boys! that information is easily found online, and inmates do check on other inmates through relatives in the free world. don malinka is not liked by his fellow offenders and tries to make buddies with bosses instead. he makes no progress, as we are not to have these types of relationships in the prison.
if he did not live in single housing, and treated like a threat in general population (that he is not)...
the other prisoners would be doing far more than what has been dreamed up to help others feel sorry for this animal. as far as the tobacco accusations, please tell me you seen this in the prison with your own eyes. another lie to make the system be worse than your precious little baby raper. i do not feel sorry for your family member, but i wish you would understand that he was the one charged and sentenced. we work 48 hours a week and all we want is a smooth running ship. no use of force, no paperwork or investigations.

YOU ONLY HEAR ONE SIDE OF THE STORY FROM YOUR LITTLE BABY RAPER. THEY HAVE MORE RIGHTS THEN WE DO.WHEN WE HAVE A USE OF FORCE IT IS ALWAYS SUPERVISED AND THE INMATE IS ALWAYS GIVEN THE OPTION TO COMPLY IN WHICH HE REFUSES TO. YOU WILL ALWAYS BELIEVE WHAT A BABY RAPER SAYS BUT NEVER A BOSS WHO SEES WHAT WE SEE EVERYDAY ARE LIVES ARE ALSO IN DANGER.NOBODY PUT HIM IN THAT SITUATION BUT HIMSELF. SO GET OVER IT. EVERYTHING IS DONE BY POLICY.

Wow, reading what you had said about ur son being on Robinson unit is messed up. It caught my attention because I passed thru there a few times on my way to Allred High security Ad-Seg).
I believe what was stated because I have seen those type of things personally. I was on High security for 5 yrs. I've seen how the officers would mistreat the inmates. Give us rotted food, contaminated food, deprive us of our rec, we would be skipped during chow time because we spoke up about some wronging the officers did. My point is that there are a lot of officers that work for TDCJ that shouldn't be there. HOwever, there are also a lot of officers that work there that treated us decent and like a human being.
That's just the tip of the ice berg. I would be here all day IF I was to tell everything I had to endure and what I had wittnessed. It's a bit weird cos I'm now out here and never want to go back to that God forsaken hell-hole.
All the advice I can give you is that don't give up and continue to make noise. Call the Feds, call anybody and everybody. Eventually someone will hear you.

As for Adseg Boss. Look here miss Boss Ady. I kow how the grey suits stick together. I've seen how When the team runs in on someone that the person that is holding the camera is "coached" on how to shoot the film. Just like when an inmate is down, why is it that the officers put their knees on the backs of people. Then you got the nerve to say we're resisting. Damn, if you were on ur stomach and I applied my knee to ur back w/lots of pressure, your ass would squirm too. I guess that's just more of a reason for you to slam us, break our arms and even murder some of us? Who the fuck made you my God to judge me?
Just because we've made some mistakes we are still humans. The only differce between us, boss Lady, is that we as criminalls were caught, and the rest of you weren't! What suprises me is that you didn't even mention how you have not wittnessed any sort of abuse there. Robinson is pretty fucked up!
