What made Jim, disrespect the no talking, I would love to talk during meetings,but it would get me arrested, remember our chief threathen to arrest mayor for talking, which it is the council and myor's right, Jim doing that was not the right thing to do.He was there as news media,the right thing would have been for city to re-bid the lots,
as notice for bid included land the city didn't own.

Disagree totally. The property was put up for bids. The bids came in legally and were opened at the appointed time. Just because someone else didnt bid and wished they had bid does not make it right to rebid the property.
Jim asked to speak and was given the opportunity by Carol Sue. She as the mayor moderates the meetings. If Jim had been out of order according to her, she could have not allowed him to speak. Apparently she didn't think he was going to say anything contrary to her beliefs. She gave him the floor and he spoke. End of story.
