@Anebel...I agree with most of what you have stated, but this: "Talking to the employees around town, most are ready to find new jobs and he's only been here 2 1/2 months. What does that say about him?"

Really, what it boils down to is what does this say about the Colorado City City Council that hired the man in the first place?

If water is a big problem, why doesn't the Groundwater district limit the number of water wells it licenses?

Simple, the groundwater board is all farmers and they are the ones drilling all the wells.

I worked for the bumbling idiot. He did NO work himself. Can't make any decisions and talks in figurative terms. Have him set clear goals and SE if he can achieve them. In Del Rio, he was found out and fired for his ignorance, audacity and inability to comprehend basic ideas, any has no social skills. I don't think CC will make it 21/2 months.
