Frank was my flight instructor in 1976. He was great. I flew to El Paso, McAllen, Cloudcroft NM and all around Colorado City with him. He and his wife had a little dog that farted in the plane once, and Frank quickly vented the cabin at cruising altitude! Once, we picked up a cadaver in McAllen and flew him back home. I'll never forget those times. Frank was really good to me. I helped him roof his cabin in Cloudcroft. Flying out of there on a hot day was a challenge. After the pottery where I was working went bankrupt, I returned to Georgia, and Frank wrote to say he'd found me a job selling cotton that would involve lots of flying. I often wonder whether I should have returned...
All my best to him and his family.
