Man, 44, guilty in 12th DUI case
David Maron Apraham, 44, pleaded guilty in Spotsylvania Circuit Court to felony driving under the influence , driving on a suspended license and refusing to take a breath test.

Money talks. Judges get under the table cash or favors, etc. from lawyers and or their clients for such verdicts. The system sucks with all the cronyism. It's everywhere, not just here.
