I'd hazard a guess that it's someone who lives in the subsidized housing on Archer Ave. It's been nothing but trouble since that roachtrap was built a few years ago.

It sounds like the same scenario that happened to my sister in Hanover while they were at work during the day and broke the front door down and stole nothing but her jewelry. Evidently it must be the same person or persons. Whoever is doing this needs to get out and get a job like everyone else. This world seems to be going to hell in a handbasket.
