Are you nuts? a toll on I-95 ? The traffic is so backed up now, I can imagine everyone staying home, not doing business in D.C. No one will go shopping.
OMG I hope no one needs an ambulance, we will all perish.

The people in NOVA need to pay for all the road improvements that they need there. They make the big bucks and they voted for Obama. The tolls were supposed to fall on south Virginians on 95. The roads there are not that bad, and they don't make 1/10th the pay of you NOVA liberals. I think a toll on every road in NOVA would be fair, and leave the rest of Virginia alone(well, except for Hampton Roads).
