I grew up in Colonial Heights in the 60's/70's. i still have family there. My question to you all is this....is Colonial Heights a good place to retire to? It's been decades since i lived there and as I grow closer to retirement I find myself wondering what it would be like to retire there. I live in Norfolk, Va and it seems to be getting to big to fast for my taste. So what do you think...Stay in Norfolk or retire to the "Heights"?
