Five teenagers destroy $12,000 worth of South Haven-area property in pellet gun rampage

Five 17-year-olds -- four male and one female -- went on a destructive rampage in the South Haven area Friday night, using carbon dioxide-powered pellet guns to shoot out the windows of two businesses and at least 12 vehicles.

I hope someone has the sense to make these deliquents work to repay the $12000 in damages. It seems they have enought free time to get into trouble, then they have the time for a job. Maybe once they understand what it takes to save $12000, they'll treat other people's belongigs with repect... something that their parents haven't done.

I also hope the judge takes a hammer to their I-phones in front of them just to see how they like their stuff destroyed.
