The Martinsville Bulletin reports in today's edition that the Henry County PSA ( Public Service Authority ) is proposing to have another rate hike. Currently residential customers pay $48 a month for water and sewer services. The proposed rates would also lower the minimum water usage from 6,000 gallons of water per month to 4,000 gallons per month. Rates could rise anywhere from $52 to as much as $60 a month for residential customers. Guess the PSA is still trying to recover the money they lost from the Sid Clower fiasco and they are willing to break the County customers to recoup the $850,000 Clower stole.
