Referring to the statement from the news article “We’ve seen some of the lower-income residents cycling..." Ms. Frisco's statement was both inappropriate and demeaning. What does income have to do with riding a bicycle? There are many of us who enjoy cycling whenever we can, while others may cycle to save some money in these uncertain economic times.
