Local man charged in phone call case
A 41-year-old Belleville pathologist has been charged with making harassing telephone calls to St. Clair County Circuit Judge Milton Wharton and to Illinois State Police.
Richard A. Kaminsky, of 120 Chevy Chase Drive in Belleville, was charged Thursday in St. Clair County with one count of telephone harassment and on Friday in Madison County with another count. He was being held Friday night in the St. Clair County Jail with bail set at $30,000. His bail in Madison County has been set at $200,000. Read more
