The HDC in Wethersfield is a nightmare. They drive up our housing repair costs but bend way over when a developer looking to rape the district tries to muscle into the district. It is caring neighbors like you and yours who make or break a neighborhood, not a economic development-minded Commission seeking to make homeowners miserable and developers welcome.
