It is nice of the town fire department to let the town hold its annual festival. If I were the fire department I would tell the town to find its own location. The town can not stand the fire department, police or ambulance. They are costly for the town to maintain and therfore they ALL GET A BIG GOOSE EGG DURING BUDGET SEASON. Let this serve as notice board of usless selectmen. Start helping the town services or say good bye to your seat. god bless emergency services.

Although I agree with you thoughts on Emergency Services in this town, I must inform you that this event is in no way sponsored by the town, it is a Chamber of Commerce event which are business owners in town that have come together to form "The Chamber of Commerce". It is not Town Government that puts on this wonderful. While there may be town officials on this committee, they are representing their town businesses & who are tax payers in our town. I am grateful for this group of individuals that have put a lot of time in addition to running their own local businesses to provide a venue for the families of the valley to enjoy a day learning more about the many businesses and non-profit organizations Canton has to offer which include the Police, Fire & EMS deparments. This is their chance to let the residents learn what services they provide our town.
