Brillion isn't so bad. There is worst places to live! Why don't you try a small town in New York! It bites big time! I've been there!

I grew up there and it wasn't that bad. You grew up in a place that was crime free practically. True there was very little to do, BUT you did learn what family meant.

I lived in Brillion and was taken from my mom and dad because of my mother. Now mom and dad are gone. Some people in town hurt my family and my father worked hard for us. The people would say stuff about us and they would look down at us. Going to school was bad because of the name calling and the bull we had to deal with So don't tell me Brillion was a good place. It was hell living there.

I can't believe how you can say that about Brillion. Not everyone living here are a$$hole's. Sure this town is small and yes I'll agree we do have people that may not be nice. But it's a small quiet town and everyone helps everyone in the time of need. There are way far worse cities to live in and just cause you've had personal experiences that weren't great you can't judge the whole town from a person or group of people that may have treated you like crap. thats them not the city.

I currently live in brillion.
a lot of what people are saying is true. brillion is full of people who believe that brillion is the greatest town in wisconsin, when in reality, it really isn't.
most of the people who live here are incredibly ignorant. and to be honest, for the most part, they don't really care about anyone but themselves and their own families, and that's not what community is about. the police in this town lack any sense of commitment to helping the town. a woman was killed in the parking lot of a restaurant in town, and in one week, they could not have possibly closed the case completely, but guess what? they did. they ruled it as a suicide no later than one week from the date of her death. they've gotten numerous calls from my family and other families in town reporting animal abuse. while that may not be their jurisdiction, they should try to help by giving the number of the people that SHOULD be called. However, they never do. Domestic abuse has also been reported, of families in the area, and the cops do next to nothing about it. they interview anyone involved, and if there's not solid proof, it's simply dismissed. it's completely ridiculous and i can't wait to get out of this place.

I agree with you. When I lived there it was like hell there. Now my mother's caught fire in the upstairs and I know the house is old but they are saying it was the wiring. Ok fine. But you tell me how it caught fire and did not touch the attic? Humm. The police really need to do there job. They need to get the old ones out and put in some one the will do there job and not be at the donut shop. Some people dont care about anyone but there own.
