do not use this restaurant. There is a server at this location named laura who is nothing but the worst server ive ever seen. If you are seated here and get her as your server, you might as well just get up and walk out. Or get up and walk to the kitchen to get your own food because if it was left up to her..youd starve. She has the wosrt way of talking to people and an iggnorance in her tone of voice. Its not worth the trouble.

We stopped going here b/c the service was way too slow. I have an hour for my lunch break and they couldn't serve me quickly enough. I've waited 40 minutes for my food at this restaurant.

The service here is absolutely horrible. I had a complaint and talked to the manager and was hung up on twice!!! She said, "We are the best in town that is why it takes so long to deliver." I waited over 1 hour for a pizza....I have never ever waited that long except each time we order for sopranos. The delivery people are very nice but the people who take your order are horribly rude, and obviously so is the management. POOR POOR POOR.

Such a shame because the food is good, but HOrrible(to say the least)Service. Just for that reason I REFUSE to give them my business. Know a lot of people that feel the same way. Hopefully they'll getthe hint once people stop using them.

For the above comments, I dine there once sometimes twice a day and never had a bad experience. Candie (MGR) is part of the family and I found her to be very sweet and personible. She is not rude as she appears to be, I've noticed her to be very quite and shy. She does indeed smile! Although, I've also noticed she is very hard on the other workers and doesnt' let hardley anything excape her attention which is one reason why I will continue to eat there because I know she does not allow any funny buiseness to take place as far as how the food is being handled and prepared! Candie has never failed to remember my name or any other customers names that walk in while I'm there. She makes me and my family feel like were part of there place! She just has a very reserved type of personality! Very hard worker and strict at times!
I will however have to agree about the comment made about the waitress Laura. She is not very personible and appears lost all the time. That doesn't mean I'm not going to continue eating there. I just ask for someone else to wait on me! I also realize that it is hard to get good help as I to am in buiseness for myself! I also realize that, that restaurant isn't exactly the type of place to go to for a special occasion so you might not get the kind of waitress that is trying to earn an honest living eapecially in a restaurant of such a small size and a restaurant of that stature.
I don't care about the wait, I know that all there food is made fresh to order and everything made there is homemade! Why would I go to eat at Nino's down the street or some of the other atrocities around there when I can eat at a place where I know that they have more than 2 customers a day!

Won't order from this establishment again. First time I ordered (by phone/for pick up), they got the order wrong ~ THEN gave my husband a hard time as he waited "patiently" at the counter for them to correct it {they acted like he should have just taken the wrong items and been happy!}. He said they made a spectacle out of him and [he felt] purposely tried to embarress him and make him out to be the one that ordered wrong! When he finally got our order home (the bottom of the pizza was all burnt and the toppings were raw). I followed up with a phone call and the guy (I thought it was someone in a managerial position) gave me a hard time. WHAT THEY NEED TO REMEMBER IS, ESPECIALLY IN HAMMONTON ~ THERE IS CERTAINLY NO LACK OF *OTHER* PIZZA PLACES TO ORDER FROM--AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE DONE EVER SINCE!

If the bottom of the pizza was burnt there is absolutely no possible way the toppings would have been raw considerring the fact that the toppings go on the pizza before it goes in the oven to be cooked. Also, almost every pizza topping comes pre-cooked right from the packages.Look it's okay to be a little sour about a situation, but over exageration should be considered a crime !

Soprano's in my opinnion is a breath of fresh air with there esquiste blends of sauces and what I believe is first rate ingredients and knowledge of how to put them together. I have worked in Hammonton for over 25 years and I have eaten in all the restaurants in hammonton and all surrounding areas and have been in the store several times and yes a few mistakes have been made while I was in the pizzaria and they were handled in a proffesional manor. I can tell you that most of these malcontents are not aware that all food at Soprano's is made fresh to order! Most of these complaints that I read are either unfounded from a possible competitor and also what I believe and witnessed is for the most part a Mc. Donalds mentality. In other words, junk food belly fillers who want their food now!

Wasn't even gonna reply to you..because I know the pizza we received and I don't have to EXPLAIN to you what we got and WHY we were unhappy with it ~ I was giving MY OPINION, and you are certainly entitled to your's. The pizza was as I described--burnt crust/raw toppings...PERIOD. Did you ever consider they could have thrown SOME of the toppings on AFTER the BURNT pizza came out of the oven!? I don't need to "over-exaggerate" - it was what it was. I have so many OTHER fine pizza places in the area ~ I can choose NOT to order from this establishment if I please, and you may order your pizza from ANYWHERE you'd like *smiles*.
