What needs to be done? well 1st its sad and only when people hit a bottom or die will they stop in the lakes and even then the lakers think they have to keep going, the task force needs to run down on that whole town and get the drugs out but until camden and philly stop the lakers will forever be DRUG ADDICTS.

wow I am truly amazed at the stupid people that believe that only in Colling Lakes are the people on drugs.

<p> FFS, have you people ever considered that the reason you believe that is because your level of intelligence & class only leads to the association with the numberous drug/herion addicts ?

I have lived here all my life and yes some people are addicted to drugs, alcholic, food, sex, gambling and other diseases of addiction BUT it makes Collings Lakes the same as every other town not different.

If you would travel outside the box of your feeble one sided minds you too would see this.

As I posted on another thread regarding this town, I can't believe I found a message board about the town I may move to.
A friend dated someone from Collings Lakes a while back and he wasn't thrilled over things he saw.
Can anyone tell me more about this town and its people?

Sammy, this area has the same problems as many other areas, it is not unique, the problems seem to get bad and calm down in cycles, there are despite the postings of some, many good hardworking people that live the area..it is a small area with roughly 1500 homes..some of which you can see are owned by homeowners that care about their property and some that, well...obviously don't or don't have resources to make improvements, there is, like many other areas a drug problem ..some parts of the lakes are much quieter than others, I grew up in Marlton and there were the same problems there, I can remember the neighborhood residents waking up to over 180 smashed windshields thanks to a bunch of idiots, just about every town has some. You should be able to find crime stats online or at any police barracks for the areas in which you are considering real estate..

Thanks much. As I said in another thread, I already signed a lease and will be moving in mid-July. Couldn't beat the cost. It's in Collings Lakes, a block up from the fire house.
Any other info would be great. I like knowing the area as much as possible.

you would not ever want to move here, the whole town is filled with scumbags. it's like a giant jerry springer episode with some maury mixed in. You Are The father! well hope you're not the kid will grow up to be a drug addict, bike riding, std having asshole. look on the bright side if you're lucky, they could turn out to be one of the many drug dealers and maybe hang at wawa all night. that seems to be the only thing to do besides have illegitimate children. this place is sooo awsome i cant wait until everyone overdoses!

Scumbags? Trouble abounds in this quaint little community?
WOW!
Yes, I am the father and only I am moving there. I do have some background on the area, since I've talked with some on here and two people I am going to work with. I also have some knowledge of the Lakes since my buddy dated someone from that town for a few months. It wasn't pleasant as to what he saw.
Also, there is substance to your post in regards to Wawa. I noticed each time I came down to check out places to live that there were always a couple police cars in the parking lot talking to kids. Hmmmmm.
Keep the info coming, lol. I do appreciate it.

The WaWa is like a beacon to the neigborhood kids as well as the neighborhood dopers..most of the kids (for now) are harmless ..it's a shame that there's no safe recreational area for them to hang out , where they can ride their skate boards, bikes and just do "kid stuff" boredom eventually leads to trouble..there is the basketball court , but it doesn't seem many are into basketball...WaWa is not very aggressive about deterring loitering unless their property is damaged so You will often see groups of varied ages hanging around, some innocently, some not. Another BIG problem is the Motel and some of the people that reside in it..

Why would you want encourage finding solutions to the problem of making enough heroin in Collings Lake? Is there really a shortage problem. First of all Heroin is not grown. It is created by processing opium poppies.

Daily Horoscope for January 1

Cancer

Happy New Year, Cancer! Are you ready to put those resolutions into place? Not quite?! Crustaceans are never quite sure just how much they can get away with and where to draw the line. You have a flair for the dramatic and when you're the narrator, your exploits become deeds that would make a knight proud. Your fans know you're a hero, whatever history might prove. Audacity impresses most people but if you go to far you could cause offence.
