This is crazy!!!, why is the City/County so slow to act on this type of crime? The people who randomly go and file deeds on others property should be sentenced to no less than 10 days for contempt and made to pay a $1000 fine. Bet this would end his sovereignty!!

I'm going house hunting today. I want to sit on someone's big porch and draw me a government check. I think I'll get food stamps and somebody to pay my medical cost. Maybe these black folks aren't so dumb after all.

So all he has to do is claim it and the rightful owner has to hire a lawyer, go to court, and await a ruling?

Next thing you know, congress will be trying to pass legislation without actually having to vote on it.

What a revoltin' development this is!

This book is considered by many to be one of the most comprehensive sourcebooks on sovereignty available today! This edition was designed for the "Global Sovereign," those committed to freedom and justice for all the people of the world.

Reclaiming individual sovereignty and establishing the principles of constitutional republics along with the unalienable rights of self-determination is our most important endeavor today.

This fascinating book covers spiritual, emotional, economic, legal and political sovereignty, particularly as it relates to the history of the united states of America, but applicable to all other forms of governance around the world. Reveals in detail how the political, economic and legal systems actually work, not what the media, schools and government have taught you!

Further, how it is possible and how you can reclaim your unalienable rights and property under the Common law, limit government authority and jurisdiction and restore a constitutional republic in America, let alone the world!

I can see it now, no more speeding tickets. Is this how that conversation goes...?
Officer: You were doing 70 in a 55 zone. Please give me your license, etc.
Sovereign: Yes Officer I deemed my velocity to be prudent. As a sovereign who is above your man-made laws, I don't have a use for a driver's license, insurance or plates. Therefore, I now deem it necessary to tell you to take off and leave me alone.
Officer {taser drawn}: Are you sure?:D

I hope the dash cam is working when they execute this warrant ;)

Not saying this is true, but let's just try this on for size. Man declares himself Sovereign, he is now a diplomat for himself with immunity from us laws. Now the state and federal laws do not apply to him. What a racket

"On the phone, Cobbs says he's done nothing illegal. He refused an on-camera interview, because he says, he doesn't want to be "exposed."

Hello, genius! You're already exposed. You're story is on News Channel Three!
If you truly believe that your actions are legal and justified why are you avoiding an interview?

I'd think you'd be over anxious to tell you side of the story. The fact that you're avoiding the media sends a very clear and strong message, it says: I'M A CROOK!!

This legal loophole needs to be “plugged” so no one else can run this same scheme.

What's really sad is that once again the law abiding citizen is the one screwed over and waiting, while this idiot squats in the house doing god-knows what kind of damage.

Why are they even allowing any and everyone to file deeds? Wouldn't it do justice to have proof of why you would need to file a deed on a property? This is stupid, they shouldn't allow this butthead to squat in a property that he has not paid for. If this is allowed, this sovereign right, then what is the purpose of us hard working people paying for "ownership"? This hard working man paid for ownership of this home and yet someone else is being allowed to claim ownership for free because he filed some papers.(Chuckle), what a joke our justice system is. Seems to me that a sovereign person should not be living is the US, they should be somewhere that has not been established where they can live for free, hunt for their own foods, make a fire, build their own houses and make their own laws.

2nd take:

So what if this guy decides that because he is sovereign (free from laws and such), what if he decided that he wanted a woman, she didn't want him and he takes her and rapes her and keeps her hostage....I won't go on but I'm trying to paint a picture here that if this "small matter" is allowed what else will he not be held accountable for or will he think he can not be held accountable for? Give a inch and they'll take a mile, isn't that how the old saying goes? This type of stupidity worries me. Apparently he has done something criminal in the past if they got a mug shot of him, lol. So, he has been bound by laws at some point right? So....why is he being allowed such claims? I wonder.....

This is insane. I grew up in this town, but when I moved back after living away I had to show all kinds of supporting paper to get registered to vote, get my car registered, buy my house. They didn't take anything at face value because of "homeland security." I know the clerks that work in the office can't make many decisions on their own, but surely they can challenge if the same guy comes in 20 times to do business, and get some ID and supporting documents instead of brainlessly letting him transfer everything to his name. And homeowners who have to take him to court should have their attorneys fees paid by him when they win, and get injunctive relief prohibiting him from doing this again. Nothing works in this city and county for the taxes we pay. Just flabbergasting.
