Man accuses Colleyville officers of brutality

Police and a North Texas restaurant owner have conflicting stories on what led to a violent confrontation Saturday.

I think the police are wrong, Mr. Dzemail is a respectful buisness man who only asked a simple question after seeing his nephew handcuffed on the floor. I don't think the police handled the situation right.They abused a 44 year old inicent man! Mr. Dzemail is in pain and hurt because of them. I don't think they acted right!

Yes he did - he has been violent toward people in the past. I am sure this incident was no different!

How can you say police are wrong when you have not seen anything. You have heard the story from the perspective of news articles, or other media outlets but the real information has not even been fully released. the in-car video from the officer's patrol car is the only perspective that matters. I am sure that will be released to the media soon and you will accurately see the details; then you opinion will be respected. Until then, watch blanket statements about officer's actions. YOU WERENT THERE!
