I have tried other boot camps in town and they are a joke compared to Innovative Fitness.
The team of trainers at Innovative Fitness make you feel like its a one-one-one session. They pushed me until I was able to push myself!
I challenge anybody else who wants to be in shape to come train with me at Innovative Fitness Female Boot Camps!!
You will see results!

Loved the workout this morning --- old school! It's good to see so many new faces out there, too.

We had a great workout this morning. I just wonder what the guy waiting in the drive through lane at Shipleyís was thinking when we all ran around himÖ.heheÖ..epic!! We have a another really great group this session, and everyone is working hard to get that holiday evidence off. Look foward to what next week will bring. We missed you this morning Tepera, but I did extra Superman's and squats for you....can you feel the burn?

Don't count me out yet. I am sick as a dog with more than I care to mention. I may be down but I'm not out. I will be back, hopefully next week, with a vengance and Eaker and Ironman will have to fight over second and third best again. Trevor is my hero and, if it kills me, I will make him proud. You guys are great.

Trevor and the crew at Innovative Fitness are the best. I am currently enrolled in my 3 boot camp session and love every sweaty minute. Trevor cares about his clients and is always available to assist. Let the results speak for themselves. On day 1 I was at 153 lbs and wearing size 8 or 10, 9 weeks later, I am at 138 lbs and wearing size 4 or 6. My overall fitness level has increased dramatically. If you want results the right way, come try boot camp with Trevor. 5:30 am all summer long baby! If your not such a morning person, give one of the other sessions a try. You won't be sorry!

This company and the owner of Innovative Fitness have the WORST dieting plan. They make you eat things and do these diets that are not healthy! I have been in nutrition and they will starve you and put you on diet pills and its unhealthy. I would not recommend them for anyone who wants to be healthy. What they tell you to eat actually slows down your metabolism. Don't train here, they are very unexperienced and have young and overweight people training for them!

I agree with Linda, this company has untrained people working as fitness professionals. They are in their early 20"s and know nothing about fitness except what the owner tells them. The owner himself doesn't live out what he preaches about dieting and fitness. A friend who did the bootcamp with me said he eats icecream at his office in front of his clients. Also he dates his own trainers and talks about inappropriate things in front of clients. This man is a snake in the grass.

And as a follow up, the trainers are more overweight than I am. One of the female trainers who was recommended by him was supposedly an athlete at a&m and she was very heavy and large. I couldn't believe I was wanting to lose weight and was going to pay money to people more out of shape than I am. I am surprised at how overweight another two girls that worked for him were. One of them taught our bootcamp and she was very heavy and had already claimed to have lost over 100 pounds!

Sounds like he hands out "diet pills" to people he doesn't even train. What a good message to be sending. Starve yourself, take energy drinks and diet pills and the weight will come off. Really healthy in a time when young women turn to annorexia and bulemia to lose weight. SHAME on you!!!!!!!!!

Hi my name is Karen Duong and Iím 21 years old. I graduated from Texas A&M University in December 2010. I told myself going into college I would take care of myself and not let stress get to me. That didnít hold for very long. The entire time I was in school I neglected my health. I would study all the time and not make time to eat properly or healthy. My meals consisted of fast food whenever I felt like it and junk food from vending machines were my snacks between classes.

My junior year of college during one very stressful week at school I was hardly sleeping and eating junk took its toll on me. I went to the emergency room for severe abdominal pain. I had diverticulitis and later after testing was diagnosed with Chronís disease. My doctors told me the only way I could get better outside of medication was to change my diet and exercise. A good friend of mine told me about Innovative Fitness boot camps. She told me it would be a great and fun way to get in shape.

Immediately after working out I noticed a change in the amount of energy I had for the rest of the day. I would go to boot camp, but I still wasnít eating right like I should. In February 2011 I was weighed and measured and had reached 160 lbs. I knew that working out wasnít enough to lose weight. I began being consistent with my food journal, eating smaller portions, and trying to cook for myself instead of eating out. I make sure I have a healthy breakfast to set a good tone for the rest of the day.

Currently up to date Iíve lost 15 pounds and Iím the healthiest Iíve ever been and striving to always become better and healthier. I start medical school this year, and when Iím a doctor I want to be able to set a good example for my patients and incorporate what Iíve learned here to help others live a long and healthy life. I would definitely recommend Innovative fitness to anyone and can truly say it was one of the best decisions Iíve ever made to join boot camp. Thank you to Trevor and all the trainers for leading the way and always keeping it innovative.
