Hi, I'm Michelle, a 36-year-old mother of two. I had been working out on my own, but reached a plateau that left me unmotivated and not seeing improvement. I needed a change and that's when I received the offer for a two-week free trial for boot camp. It didn't take two weeks to decide that I loved it. I loved the variety of the workouts, the positive feedback from the trainers and, most of all, the results. On my own, I lost about 20 lbs over the course of 8 months. With boot camp, I lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks! But there's so much more to it than just the weight loss and shopping for smaller clothes. My fitness level has improved dramatically. My energy level is way up meaning I can "play" as hard as I did in high school. I feel good about myself again. Trevor and his crew are amazing when it comes to getting you motivated and keeping you working hard to get the results that you want. In addition, Trevor provides useful information to help you make better choices when it comes to your diet. I'm not talking about some fad crash diet either, it's all about making changes for a lifetime of health. Trevor is not only there for you during that one-hour class three times a week, he makes himself available to talk one-on-one about nutrition, general health, or anything else you need. I am so thankful for all that Trevor and Innovative Fitness has done for me.
