Samantha Ketcham, 20, the Texas A&M University coed who tried unsuccessfully to become the school's first female yell leader, has been charged in the theft of two "bait" bicycles on the A&M campus.

well the whole bate bike seem like entrapment to me next thing you know the police will place tracking devices in $100 bills and placing them on the sidewalks on northgate and arresting people for thief

I will have to disagree with the entrapment theory.... Please tell the reason she took two bikes. I believe her Mother said she thought they were her friends bikes and wanted to prevent them from being stolen. I wish my friend would just grap a few random bikes and keep them me.
