Adoptive Mom In Court On Child Abuse Charges

I think part of the reason is so She gets a fair trial, the less publicity it gets, the selected juror pool doesn't remember details and won't be disqualified for knowing of the abuse.

I know of a situation where a little girl claimed that her daddy locked Her in a closet, told her Mom at DHS during visitation that He did it.
Abuse hotline was called and mother reported it to caseworker during visitation, they went out 24 hours later to investigate and found nothing, not a locked door and no damage to door that the child claimed to have kicked in. I know there was a lock on that closet and this 7 yr old just doesn't make up stories.
The caseworker has told Me She is tired of dealing with this case. She went on vacation to Disneyworld, probably didn't want to ruin her time off dealing with this case.
And the child's lawyer(guardian) refuses to answer any phone calls about this latest incident to the mother.
Nice going Williamson County DCS, another fine job of protecting children just like you did for Shelley's kids. PATHETIC!!!!

Well, Williamson county court system has gone and done it again, got it wrong, and The CASA worker lied under oath that She interviewed my Wife and I. The judge (Chaffee) listened to part of the testimony and made her decision. I was suopened and never was heard.
