I hope the Wisconsin Supreme Court finds the partnerships are banned. Then we can appeal to the federal courts, where Romer will control the outcome.

Idiots. "Wisconsin Family Action" thinks the domestic partner registry is unconstitutional because it gives domestic partners TOO MANY rights, and claim it is too similar to actual marriage.
At some point it will be acknowledged that it is unconstitutional because it is NOT the same as marriage.
The U.S. Constitution trumps state constitutions in this matter. It's just a matter of when the right suit is filed and the courts finally get around to ruling justly.
