IS THE JUSTICE ON THIS STORY? WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG? THIS MAN DID WRONG TO ALOT OF PEOPLE AN YET HE IS JUST ALLOWED TO DO ANYTHING HE WANTS.

This story makes me absolutly ill. The sheriff stated that he did not want the public to loose trust in charities and organizations, but I for one have. This is taking way too long to bring justice to all those that were ripped off by this man. Just hurry up so this does affects others in giving to charities.

Apparently he is opening a store named Audrey's, maybe they should not allow this to happen. Plus nice touch of putting the bricks in the front window. I for one still believe that McIlvain is shady.
