"A Jurior" ~ Are you kidding me?! Billy's body being tossed around would cause fractured ribs and about 62 different injuries to Stewart's body (mainly covering his left side)? How the hell does that make sense? NOT POSSIBLE. The only reason Stewart had so many injuries was because he was DRIVING and the driver's side of the vehicle hit several trees while the passenger side was not hit once. Facts are facts.

I worked at Auburn Valley Country Club and new both of these young men, I often served Billy beer out on the golf course, and a few times I knew stewart was drinking but did nothing to stop him.... that day, the boys were at the club and Billy probably had some beer... but I believe they went to a party or at least just to a friend's house and got drunk there... my friend dated Billy for a little while and told me that she was always scared while he was driving because he drove too fast down that stretch of Bell rd. and she mentioned to me that he drove drunk on numerous occasions.. but either one of those boys could have been driving, they were both happy-go-lucky boys who thought they were invincible... I am sorry that the world lost such a great guy.. But I don't feel Billy is a bad guy and deserves 15-life... maybe he has learned his lesson.. they should give him a chance to prove it... i say time served and a few years of probation...

How insensitive can you be A Jurior. Who are you and what gives you the right to make any such comments on something you know nothing about. Whats your relation to these 2 boys I'd like to know. I'm really asking for a response.

the bottom line is everybody wants to know who might be at fault. it is driven by money once more as it usaully does. not everybody see that but at the end of the day, it comes out. someone will make out on this, it will not be, and you know that is. turn the table around and what would be your opinion. wierd dont you think. once again look to see who,s bank account is better off than before.

Um,...Maybe? Are you drunk?

"not everybody see that but at the end of the day, it comes out. someone will make out on this, it will not be, and you know that is."

I have a very vague idea what you're talking about, but I'm not 100% certain as I am not a cryptographer and what you've written seems to be some kind of secret code. Try a little spell-check, take a second look at your grammar, and try to form a real sentence. One that is understandable. Nobody here is a mind reader, either, so even if you think what you wrote should be clear to everyone reading it, well, guess what! NOT!!!

Try again. Please try to make some sense this time??

Honestly since im the only one that actually knew both of these kids and went to high school with them and am the only one who lives in Auburn and am the only one that know what the hell actually happened I can tell you that Billy was driving that car and it was his fault. Quit trying to make up excuses for this sorry sack of shit, he screwed up and hes gonna get what is coming to him. He just trying to lie because he is too much of a pussy to face the reality.

Robert -

Clearly you are the lying "sack of shit." You claim you went to high school with "them." Billy actually grew up in Irvine and went to high school with me. He is one of my best friends so I actually do know him well and although I don't live in Auburn I have spent several weekends and holidays up there with his family. He was an amazing golfer, he won CIF in high school, got All-American his freshman year of college, is an amazing friend, and was always responsible and never drove drunk. He always had a designated driver whenever we went out. He is not a "sack of shit" and neither is he a "pussy." He is being charged for something he did not do and is suffering a lot. We all are. You obviously know nothing about either of these boys, or about the case.

Please go to and check the facts out for yourself. It is clear he was not the driver of the car. If you want to talk shit about my best friend make sure that you can back your shit up.

Justice4Billy ~

You state that Billy NEVER drove drunk? Can you explain to me about the DUI he received before this accident? It is the same Billy Moon we are talking about, right? I think you are still in denial just like the rest of the Moon supporters! He has driven drunk before this accident, he drove drunk that night when he killed his friend and if he is ever let out, he'll do it again.

Dave ~

I am a person just like you who has every right to freedom of speech! However, I do look at the facts to all situations and I do make sure I know what I am talking about before I make such comments. I am sorry you dont like to hear the truth - maybe you should stay off this board?

the whole situation is a bad one. No bickering on this page will help. The real lesson is that alcohal must be consumed with responsibility or trajic accidents such as this one occur. No one is a winner in this trajedy, that is for sure!

Actually he was the driver and he has even apologized now for it! The evidence has shown that he was at fault!

Excuse me "Razor" but what about Shapton getting his life back? Billy Moon was driving that car. Shapton was cut out of the passenger seat and everyone knows that. Billy is lying and pinning it on his dead "friend". Money won't buy him out of this, and anyone who thinks he will get away with Shapton's murder is a moron.
Did you read everything Cally...apparently not! According to what I read it said that both Billy and his friend Shapton were found on the passenger side with shapton on top of Billy. Obviously with billy underneath Shapton could not have been the driver. I feel Billy has been unjustly accused and should be set free as soon as possible!!!

Good luck Billy,

Look folks, there were something like 8 eye witnesses. That means those folks saw with their own eyes Stuart strapped in the passenger seat belt. Monica who was with Stuart when he took his last breath, other neighbors and the emt crew all saw him in his seat belt on the passenger side. That jackass theory was so incredibly desperate and pathetic, not to mention disrespectful to Stuart and his family. Billy's family should be ashamed; Billy is very lucky he got only 4 years.

So now it is 2014, Billy must got out of prison.

So sad that this ever had to happen. So sad that life involves around drama and you can never escape one.

I remember playing golf with Billy at Tustin Ranch and he was like nicest kid ever. Hope that prison didn't toughen the kid up too much.
