Hats off' to county fair

"Hats Off to Super Heroes - Our Volunteers" is the theme of the 2009 Jefferson County Fair, and that theme was carried out in recognition given Monday evening to those who help make the fair a success each year.

In spite of the heat, and the wonderful Ohio rain, the fair seems to be OK. I have been there twice and have seen many SUPER HERO's putting in many long hours to keep the fair running smoothly.
