hmmmm. You build a subdivision in the middle of the woods and are surprised when the local wildlife tries to take it back?

FCN got this story backwards. Should read "Humans terrorize hogs neighborhood." But did the hogs complain or set traps for these humans? No, they were willing to live together. It's the humans who want it all. Humans could learn something from animals if we took the time.

they are really going to be shocked when one of these boars kills one of their dogs....people who think these are just wild pigs off of a farm are nuts..a boar in rutt or a sow with piglets can and will kill a grown man....but i agree that they have no right to get pissed about it. i bet if it was cute lil deer running thru the neighborhood they would think it was cute. either learn to deal with it or move the hell to the city! but then again, if any of the men out there have enough stones they could get them some good bacon!

They'd kill the cute little deer because it would mess up their lawns too. I want to do doughnuts in their front yard now.

Terrorize? Come on, isn't that stretching it a bit.
Just another example of the irresponsible journalism of First Coast News.
Try this for a headline. "First Coast News resorts to bogus headlines to boost ratings"

If they are being caught in traps, I hope they are not being destroyed. They should be relocated to the Osceola National Forest, where there used to be lots of hogs but not anymore. As for them being sited at dunkin donuts I have seen this myself, even seen one behind a closed business in uniform, hitting golf balls out of the back of his squad car in to the woods, fighting crime.

Absolutely true. We are dislocating every aspect of wildlife in this country, and nobody cares. Just kill them. They were here first people!!
