This is bull..They had the murdered behind bars and now he is a free man because of some moron jurors... Kids both said they heard a gun shot when they were outside and Tom was inside with Dar then a few minutes later heard glass break.. Things don't add up...some many lies.. There was a shower curtain there to cover the blood splatter. Tom will get what he deserves some day.. If he was so worried about Dar why didn't he call home instaed of calling everywhere else. He said he had to shut the water off, but the body was dry ten minutes later when police arrived. Nothing was really taken of great vaule. why would you take a playstation and leave the remotes behind? Why weren't there any foot prints where the so called burgler entered? it was a muddy day. JUST ANOTHER CASE OF OJ. AND CASEY... Kids that age don't lie and why would they lie about hearing a gun shot? you jurors should feel terrible you let a murderer out. the son testified he saw his dad's wallet at meijers, he realized he didn't have any money in it and then went to his moms..WHAT A LIE...He said he found it days later at the home, which the shoe bin was searched by 6 troopers... ALL JUST LIES FROM TOM AND NOW HE GETS TO WALK BECAUSE OUR JUSTIVE SYSTEM ISN'T FAIR... HE WAS GUILTY ONCE AND NOT SINCE 12 MORONS OR PEOPLE THAT THERE PAID BY FROM TOM'S MOM AND KNEW HIS FAMILY...LESLIE SWAN WAS REALLY GOOD FRIENDS WITH SUE HELM AND SHE WAS A JUROR...

The first jury didn't heart testimony from witnesses in the first trial because the prosecution and or police hid several witness interview's from the defense and wasn't discovered until after the trial.Sounds like the second trial was far more fair than the first. I love it when people like shorty always knows more than anyone.including twelve people that got to here all the witnesses and evidence.I'm glad we have the system we do.if not we would be judged by someone like shorty.

You mean that someone who says "kids that age don't lie" may not have real sound thinking?(Never mind it wasn't about whether a kid lied or not)

The prosecutor owes Tom a public apology and the public her resignation.

Funny how the press dropped this story when it didn't go the way some people wanted it too. I think it is more interesting now then ever, new prosecutor out to make a name for herself, jumps the gun and blows the case, police give up and leave the county with two unknown (no news on the Stake Ranch murder either)murders running around.

They lost that case you know.

Let's take a look at the facts here;

A murder takes place on a weekend in the middle of the day. Several people on the property at the time and several people driving by. The murder is done with a shotgun that is never found. No significant evidence is found but a man who is not well liked by some at the courthouse is convicted in a kangaroo court.

Come on, all of these witnesses, no evidence and murder at a location with several people around with a fricken SHOTGUN and they don't have any evidence?

Cofffee shop detective work.

If he did do it it certainly doesn't speak well of those police you hold in such high esteem now does it?

Why did his kid hear the gunshot? How about the friend? Why did the break in look fake to the cops? Why did they take nothing? Have you listened to that police tape? Obviously fake. He hid the gun well. What does that have to even do with the police? They arrested him. The jury failed. None of those witnesses came till later with unmatching stories, and could just be friends and family.

Those were question the police needed to answer but could not. Convictions come from questions answered not questions asked.

The police didn't find the evidence to get a conviction nor did they check out every lead. The police and prosecutor failed to solve the case, that simple.

However, if you insist upon asking questions, why didn't the police get these questions answered from a fresh crime scene that you believe the perpetrator was right at the scene and making the report to them with the prosecutor present?
