Lets just say this company already needs a OVERHAUL. There is NO heat,(not one room for a employee to warm up) U stand in 2 inches of water, not to mention getting wet from your chest to your knee's,(not offered any protection) The main MAN (Not the supervisors) that runs this is rude, nasty, enjoys yelling as he calls it, the do'ers NOT employees, woman have no say , not allowed to drive forklifts, becouse he says they are dumb and slow. at one point had at least 4 woman with experience with forktruck, but can bring A MAN from fastfood and let him jump right on.. Looks strange to me. Curse's everytime things don't go right. Shoved my shoulder to get my attention, instead of saying something, been known to spit in faces when mad. Openly said in a meeting he has ANGER MANAGEMENT issue's. I say the company needs help and with this man gone, it would go alot smoother I've never in my life been treated like that in my life. Did i mention, the fire marshall was there to investigate a blocked door, and Mioshia to further the hectic nature, that this establishment is in!! I need to find out how to place a formal complaint and having a hard time, getting there,,,,Any one else work for this lovely gentlemen?

I wonder why my comments on Mike Nephew werent posted, anyway he still is a coward for the way he treats his employees and he still needs to get his butt kicked for it.

I totally agree with what has already been said. I dont see things ever changing at poly green. Having to walk around on egg shells isnt a good day at work for anyone. Woman will never be able to hold any kind of position there. It has been said they are "STUPID". Mike Nephew is way out of control with his temper, when things dont go totally right, us DOERS are the ones that have to pay. Someone PLEASE get this guy some help for the sake of other that will get employeed for this place!!!!!

is this place REALLY like this? how is it still in business or better yet...Y is this so called MAN still there? I have heard nothing but bad from from different people about this place. If i needed a job that would diffinately be my last resort. Surely for you people who work there, there is ways to get something done about that man. Nobody should ever go through this kind of stuff that i have heard and red on here. Good luck to you all and hope things get better.

It doesn't matter. This place is an eyesore and we will run it out of town. It isn’t the only place we’re after either. We need to get R&D firms and other clean businesses here and we are going to do it! WE are going to be an upscale little town within a few years.

The things you have heard have been dealt with and are done with....what makes things curious is what is happening now? Others places dont go through things like this and things are handled differently by them. But, will things change for the better or worst for all????

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Aquarius

Avoid making promises today, or even believing in other people's promises. Today is not a good day to make commitments, as they are not likely to materialise. Taking risks is a no-no. Try to relax until the numbers are in your favour. Those pursuing their career will benefit.
