I strongly agree he should receive a new trial.

I knew that teacher, she was the nicest teacher around Union City and she didnt deserve that, nobody deserves to be murdered! I'm sorry but I really don't think he should(ve) get a new trial. He was the only person with her around the time of the murder! She was killed right before her son's birthday party and thats extremely hard for a child to go through.

The evidence was not totally investigeated by the ST or PC's office.....this is about a man's life...and a woman who's life was brutually taken...I knew both of them very well....the evidence is not conclusive for my liking, and I dislike the Coldwater PC filing a political motion which seems is for her future career goals.

Every one deserves a fair trial I am not sure Tom's was fair and impartial

IF he is guilty he will be proven so unless the prosecution blows it again.Until then he is presumed innocent again. There is no reasonable argument against a new trail.

By refusing to investigate any further she is only protecting herself from being exposed for the haste and mistakes.

Toms story is finally being printed in the Coldwater daily Reporter. The first part is on today,s e-edition. It goes into detail of his life as a highschool sports hero (he made the winning shot in a BB game) wonderful marriage and how naive he was in his youth.

The sparks will fly now.
