WOW, This Kip dude sounds like he is off the chain. How did he get elected Sheriff and I have read his dad will run the Sheriff's Office. What gives?

Well you are right Magnum Force!Skips only reason for running was due to a personal grudge by skips daddy.All I know is we are all gonna get laid for the next 4 years coz skip is gonna screw us!
