Keep St. Patrick's Church Watervliet-Safe fortress against bad weather

Makes sense to keep this strong fortress armory
type building. If a weather alert came that a
hurricane etc. was coming this church could house
most Watervliet citizens. I mentioned this some
time ago as I saw a need for a strong building
to protect people in their time of need. Knock
this building down hurricane defense will be forever gone.

You mean the building that's falling down and needs 6 million in renovation just to make it useable? I'd rather take my chances in a tin shed than inside tons of unstable stone.
