Carlos is a recoverying addict Alcohol, Cocain / Crack Abuse in Califorinia in the 80's. I guesse some people trade a substance abuse problem for an authority complex problem. All I have to say is have a nice time behind bars Carlos I'm sure somebody in there will end up having a nice time behind you (if you know what I mean).
