Since wind will only account for 89/100s of 1% of our electrical productiuon by the year 2030 according to the US Department of Energy, what is the point?

The point is that this is another scandle to rip off American taxpayers that is supported by our government from the top down.

Anyone who is interested in the real facts about this issue can go to cohoctonwindwatch.org and see what is really true about all this.
