Disciplinary hearings scheduled in Kirin case

How long can this teacher get away with postponing his hearing? If I were being paid without actually working AND could avoid going to jail for molesting a child, I'd keep postponing my trial, too. If I were innocent, I'd be in a hurry to go to court to clear my name. It looks like Mr. Kirin is as guilty as sin.
