Whenever there is a robbery, a good police tactic would just be to round up all blacks within a few blocks of the place robbed. Chances are, the robber will be in that herd.

I was told that Paul Kennedy was spotted heading that way after the robbery. The cops should hre him as a detective. That would make the crooks think twice.
