This is so low and disgusting to soil your own nest in CDA by urinating on the streets and in the public fountains. Whoever these people are you are filthy! Be ashamed of yourself!

Again the city council has ruined the city. They want the drunks because drunks spend money, it's good for business. The Councils whole function is to keep Downtown Duane happy. The cops are told to stay away, only come if called, don't hurry. Who do you think would be coming out of a bar a 2 in the morning? Visit the downtown area around 6 am, and look at the mess.
