This is another example of the "right wing" extremist conservative group legislation model proposed and promoted by "ALEC" :American Legislative Exchange Council and the Koch Brothers to promote their conservative agendas through the use of educational seminars for the training of Republican legislators to suggest and enact laws in their respective states favorable to business and so called "family values" to thwart progressive economic, equality and social justice initiatives, agendas and programs. They are not friends to the LGBT community and must be stopped at every turn. A good working example of this type of anti transgender law can be found in the state of Tennessee.

This is the kind of "crap" ALEC is involved in, and infamous for:Do you want them watching your back, securing your rights, or helping you lose them, or barring you from them altogether? They are the "tools" of the 1% that control this country and 42% of its assets.

It's a step in the right direction. Everyone should have equal protection under the law. Not some more than others. I've seen enough bullying homosexuals in government, education, and the workplace to know they need to be defanged as well.

And swear its sparkling cider.
