Kate, just removed the doublewide. That cost me $5,161.00. Structural damage due to lack of flashing around the french door resulted in replacement of floor joist, sheeting, carpet and some drywall. The "remodel" of the master bath which he undetook without permission is at $3,000 so far because of faulty plumbing, and work which didn't meet code, it will probably be another $1,000 by the time I'm finished. General cleanup after his "tribe" finally was evicted cost at least $1,000. Watchout for this guy and his kids... His son shot my neighbors dog and received a felony I think. Oh, he also used my rainbird sprinklers for target practice. He talks a good christian game but simply does not deliver. If you need additional information, please post here. None of the costs above include the time I had to take off from work and my family...

Bryan Marlow has a very long history of not fulfilling commitments. Protect Yourself. He was a general contractor in San Luis Obispo. He worked on my house and left major structural damage and abandoned a project which included a new french door with no flashing, a second story deck with no handrail or proper support; a real danger. He also abandoned a double wide mobile home on my property and defaulted on a written lease. DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR - DON'T LET HIM WORK ON YOUR HOUSE. Respond here, I will send photos and/or legal support if you're in court with him.
This statement is absolutely not true. That house was a condemned, rat-infested dump that used to belong to the Hell's Angels!!!
THAT is a FACT!
I have been licensed and insured in four states and have NEVER had a claim filed against me.

Google their track record.

Brian is upset with me because I walked away from an owner carry lease option contract to purchase a fixer house from him in 2009.

Signing up under new names so you can post multiple comments in this forum without being obvious points to a desperate petty person.
If you had legitimate legal issues you would pursue them in court instead of attempting to discredit someone by posting half-truths and inflated lies.

Everyone has some sort of unsatisfactory business exchange once in a career - too bad you feel that you got the short end of the deal here. Perhaps professional mediation is in order so that restitution can be considered instead of this completely ineffective slanderous childsplay.
