i am currently a member at front street fitness and tanning in coeburn and i have to say since tim hyder sold the gym and left the country that gym has made a complete turn around. its much cleaner, there is no lack of equipment, and might i say that the new owners, natasha and roy mullins, are super nice and are willing to help anybody. i understand that tim screwed ALOT of people, but the new owners are completely awesome. if you are interested in getting fit go check them out. i think you will like what you find. they have even lowered their prices and have student and veteran discounts and their tanning is awesome too

no really im being serious. tim was a jerk and really made a bad name for the place but since he sold it in october man the atmosphere is entirely different. i know its hard to believe but its true. im sure any member down there will tell you the same thing. youd just have to go down there and check it out for yourself. its so much better now.

I left because they know nothing about a gym. Before it was all steroids and crap. Now it's ignorant owners. It won't last no time.

The owners are not ignorant!! It's people like you that are ignorant and stupid, and know nothing about working out, and know nothing about a gym. Do you personally know the new owners?? I guess not! Why don't you go back to the gym and be one of the 40 plus people that have signed up since Tim left. That gym is clean, the equipment is fixed and updated, and they will do anything to help you in any way they can! It's the best gyn in the area! Yes it will last! It's people like you that gyms don't need! The only exercie you probably get is fork to mouth, or finger on remote button!!

It has changed for the better, and Im sure it will last alot longer than the new "Kloud 9" going in in norton. They will never make enough money to pay for that place. So since you left you can just stay gone then, Im pretty sure nobody is begging you to come back.

Thank You!! At Least someone knows that this gym is an awesome place now since Tim left! Gyms don't need people like her, who bring the owners down, and probably talk about members just as bad!! The new owners are really good people, and they do know how to run a gym, and they are doing a very good job at it!

Hahahahahaha. The only thing your right about is kloud 9 won't last either. But don't worry I wouldn't want to pay out good money to come back down there when I'm sure it won't last long. So u keep your gym and go down with it. Lol

How many more names are u going to post under? Rofl! Have they ran a gym before? Ummmm nope! Do they know what they are doing? Ummmm nope. Someone needs to come in that actually knows about working out and running a business. Nice try though. Piece of advise though. Don't advertise on topix if you can't take honest opinions. Lol.

I'm posting under one name sweetie pie! I'm giving my honest opinion. Obviously you can't take criticism when people know they're right about your gym habits! I guess the new owners will be the ones laughing when the gym is still open and the dance studio building they own is still open and they can throw their dollar bills around however they want because they were successful. Do you think because someone has never ran a business before means they will sink? Negative Ghost Rider! How do you think all business get started?? They take a leap and stick with it. Sounds like you are jealous!!!

Bahahahahahahahahaha! And I have what exactly to be jealous of? I'm in great shape and stay fit allll on my own. I've been to "real gyms" in cities with "real" trainers with nutritional and physical therapy degrees. not two dollar trainers that got their certs off the Internet in 8 hrs. Lmao. You keep on dreaming and enjoy your life "gym rat".

Gail Livingston and Brent Lee are definetly worth more than two dollars I think they are the best in that gym, and know whats going on they will help whomever asks and they do it for free the new gym owners are twice the people that Tim Hyder was and since you look so good and are fit why don't you compete in that next show they have I'm sure they'd love to have you for competition

Rofl!! First off I'm a woman. Second of all I'm very confident in my appearance, but not vain like the roid freaks and insecure women that live every spare second of every day in a gym staring at myself in a mirror. I Hate to tell you people I actually have a life and enjoy living. How much you can lift or how big your muscles are doesn't mean anything to 99.9 percent of the rest of the world and doesn't make you "healthy". But to each their own. Enjoy life ;)

Since "Kim" is so in shape and keeps herself so fit all on her own, l would love to see her come and get a workout session from Brent or Gail! Bahahahahahahahaha! I can say that too! You would never be able to walk out of there! You don't look the way they do by some miracle cream over night! Obviously they know what they are doing and are worth a HELL OF A LOT MORE than 2 bucks! I guess you're pissed cause you realized you couldn't get in anybody's pants down there! You must stay on Topix and have nothing better to do than bash people. If you did, you would be in a gym or working out instead of keeping your fingers in shape while you're sitting on your ass waiting on the next topic to pop up..

Hahaha. Poor poor gym rat. Go jerk your buddies at the gym off. Or maybe you can stick each other with your steroids while your balls shrink rofl! I can handle my workouts just fine thank you. I'm smart enough to know that being healthy and in shape have nothing to do with abusing my body. Grow up little boy, get out of the gym and find you a woman. Sounds like you need one badly lol! What are you compensating for? Trying to get big manly arms to make up for not being so big in other areas? Lol. Poor baby.

what I want to know "Kim" is if you've been to "real gyms" in "real cities" and you're soooooo hot to hear you tell it, what are you doing back in "poor lil" Coeburn??? It sounds to me that you should be out in Hollywood with all the other beautiful people!

And go down with it huh??? For you to say you're so beautiful, I can already tell you're not very smart. If Tim was able to run that place for nearly 8 years, while being the type of owner he was, then what makes you think that the new owners can't with a TOTALLY different way of doing things?? Like I said, I'm pretty sure nobody is calling and begging you to come back! I hear its running quite smoothly without you "princess"

Hmmm funny I never said I was so beautiful. I simply said I am confident in my appearance and health. I'm not vain like you roid pumpers that think that life revolves around how much weight u can lift and how big your arms or chest are. As a matter of fact I have a bachelors degree and working on my masters In psychology and I would argue that the obsessive behavior that most people exhibit that spend most all their free time in a gym are directly related to their feelings of inferiority to the majority of the population. Point in fact hardcore body builders do not eat healthy and are at higher risk for disease and general health problems. And participate in such events to gain acceptance from their peers and feel superior. But having oversized muscles doesn't make you smarter or in fact even badder. My ex was an mma fighter. I saw him win competition after competition by over powering his opponents with 17 inch arms. Until we went to fla and a 165 lb latin American fighter with arms no bigger than mine wore him out. I love being healthy and occasionally going to a gym to use equipment I don't have at home but it's not my life. I don't need that "reassurance". Big certainly does not equal healthy or superior. I'm a 128 lb girl and I would bet any amount of money you would like that I'm healthier, and have more stamina, than your big bad muscle bound freaks ;). Tootles!

Oh almost forgot. Tim "didn't" run that gym any place but into the ground. He was swimming in debt when he left. And it will be no different with inexperienced owners running it.
